Field Superintendent

A Oasis is a leading company in the Swimming Pool and Spa industry, seeking a highly qualified Field Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project phases on time and with impeccable quality, while upholding A Oasis' standards for safety, project tracking, documentation, and handling jobsite interpersonal issues.

• Convey information to homeowners and log each phase assigned on a daily basis, including photos and descriptions of work to be performed.
• Work with Project Managers to ensure project scope is completed as planned, providing direct oversight of subcontractors and communicating changes as necessary.
• Prioritize and schedule warranty work, relaying needs to scheduling personnel and forecasting future work.
• Meet with the scheduler and Operations Manager to proactively schedule work and ensure materials are in stock.
• Serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, confirming scheduled start dates and making them aware of any conflicts or changes.
• Communicate daily with Project Managers and schedulers to keep projects aligned with goals, requesting inspections and collecting payments as necessary.
• Perform quality control on each project, maintaining A Oasis' standards and ensuring subcontractors pick up after themselves.
• Relay adjustments to schedules to meet project targets and keep customers informed.
• Complete a 'Daily Report' and submit to the Operations Manager for every job supervised.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; AA or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior experience in construction highly preferred.
• Ability to review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Proficient in using and understanding frequently used computer software and programs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Classification Type: Full-Time; 40+ hours per week.
• Employment Type: W2 Employee, Exempt.
• Job Level: Mid-level - Experienced.
• Reports To: Production Project Manager.
• Compensation: Salary - Based on Experience; commission opportunities.
• Job Location: Reports to supervisor in Ferris, TX; majority of working environment is on job site.
