Position Summary - Material and Production Planner:

Salary Range: $65,000 - $67,000 Annually

Work Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently analyze and oversee inventory levels of computer components.
  • Distribute computer parts across various assembly teams and storage facilities.
  • Assist product management with production forecasting and management of work orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assembly products by tracking production timelines.
  • Organize pickup logistics between assembly teams and shipping companies.
  • Oversee the return processes of parts with both internal teams and external vendors.
  • Occasionally manage urgent deliveries or pickups between storage locations.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in planning and assisting production of computer components.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
