As a Registered Nurse with Interim HealthCare Duluth, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from clinics to hospitals, and everything in between. Your responsibilities will include:
- Care for Patients: Provide high-quality care to patients with a range of illnesses, injuries, and diseases.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and aides to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administer Medication and Equipment: Safely administer medication and operate medical equipment to maintain a safe environment.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program: Hold an active RN license in Minnesota and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical facility.
- CPR Certification: Possess current CPR certification and knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated Clinical Proficiency: Showcase your critical thinking skills, good communication, and compassion for patients.
