Job Overview

This role is with a Fortune 500 bank in the Securities Trade division, supporting the Transactions & Processing division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform complex operational tasks for securities processing, utilizing extensive system knowledge.
  • Provide ideas for process improvements and implementations.
  • Handle moderately complex duties such as processing, researching inquiries, and reconciling transactions.
  • Review time-sensitive documents.
  • Provide training or direction to less experienced staff.
  • Interact with internal customers.
Requirements
  • Must Have: 2+ years of property and/or casualty insurance-related experience.
  • Experience in Securities/Trade Operations is a plus but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing external insurance policies and contacting agents.
  • Thorough understanding of residential and commercial property insurance coverages and policies.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment.
