Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Organize and stock cooking stations with essential supplies and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, following health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards before serving.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Culinary Specialist or in comparable kitchen roles.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
