Position Summary:
As a Bathroom Renovation Specialist at Joyce Windows, Sunrooms, Baths, you will oversee the installation of bathroom renovation projects in designated regions.

Your role will involve ensuring that each installation meets the highest quality standards, collaborating closely with clients to create aesthetically pleasing and functional bathrooms while following all safety regulations and company protocols.

This role can be offered as either a W-2 employee or a 1099 independent contractor.

Key Duties:

  • Install bathroom fixtures such as tubs, showers, sinks, toilets, and vanities.
  • Accurately measure and cut materials to guarantee proper fitting and alignment.
  • Install plumbing, electrical, and other necessary components to finalize the project.
  • Adhere to project plans and specifications to facilitate a seamless installation process.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a tidy and secure work environment, following all safety guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve any challenges that may occur during the installation.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bathroom Renovation Specialist or in a related role within the home improvement sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of bathroom fixtures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Must possess personal tools and reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle required.
