Position Overview:
This role serves as the J6 Division Chief for Enterprise Customer Service, focusing on collaboration and advocacy for clients on all IT-related matters until resolution is achieved.

Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Oral Communication: Experience in briefing management and technical staff on IT systems and projects.
  • Problem Solving: Capability to identify solutions for complex IT issues through comprehensive information gathering.

Experience Requirements:
To qualify at the GG-15 level, candidates must demonstrate at least one year of experience in directing programs across various IT disciplines, managing applications and infrastructure, and providing customer support.

Additional Information:
This position is part of the Excepted Service and does not provide eligibility for conversion to the Competitive Service. A trial period may be required if not previously completed in the excepted or competitive service. Telework availability will depend on mission requirements and supervisory discretion.
