Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg team at Sky Ridge Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care based on individual needs, including physical, psychosocial, cultural, safety, and learning needs.
  • Provide safe and appropriate care within our Values and Standards of Nursing Practice.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Acute care RN experience preferred.
