Your Role as an LPN:

  • As a licensed practical nurse, you will provide direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
  • You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants, providing guidance and support when needed
  • Accurate and timely charting and documentation are essential to maintaining high-quality care; you will be responsible for maintaining resident records
  • Preparation and administration of medications require attention to detail and a commitment to safety; you will play a critical role in this process
  • Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues is vital to our success; you will contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment

Requirements for Success:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in nursing is preferred
  • A valid, current nursing license in Illinois is required
  • Current CPR certification is necessary to ensure patient safety
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care is recommended to provide a solid foundation for your role

Your Compensation:

The hourly wage for this position is between $31-$35 per hour, reflecting your value to our team and your contributions to exceptional patient care.
