We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at West Jefferson Medical Center.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures are completed to unit standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring assigned staff have reported to work and clocked in properly; documenting late or absent employees.
• Resolving internal/external guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Documenting call offs, and replacing for any shift.
• Coordinating assigned staff breaks.
• Preparing and distributing assignment sheets to staff and reviewing priorities.
• Assigning designated keys, radios, and beepers to assigned staff.
• Inspecting areas to confirm cleaning standards have been met.
• Assisting staff to ensure highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conducting staff training as assigned.
