We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Educational Director to join our team This role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business development, service quality, and financial performance of TRS. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, direction, and guidance to ensure alignment with the organization's philosophy, goals, and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops, monitors, and evaluates all aspects of the service delivery system to ensure high-quality service offerings, including robust educational programs that meet the needs of students.
Provides leadership and direction to facilitate collaboration among TRS leaders to develop plans for growth, services, and care enhancements.
Develops and executes the TRS strategic plan in alignment with MyPath priorities, ensuring quality services and outcomes.
Regularly reviews and evaluates services provided against TRS/MyPath's mission, operational, and financial targets, educational, behavioral, and other identified quality benchmarks.
Monitors school and other program enrollments, provides leadership, program visibility, and community networking to maintain optimum enrollment levels.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Education and/or Human Services, Psychology, or related field required.
Master's degree in related field preferred. Equivalent in demonstrated applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of five years of work experience in an education and/or human services field, with a minimum of three years of leadership experience demonstrating an ability to lead, plan, and manage operational and financial aspects of the business.
Minimum of three years Educational Leadership experience in a school setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with prior work experience using software and vendor programs to develop reports, prepare documents, etc.
Compensation:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
