Interoceanic is a prominent producer of agricultural and de-icing solutions. We are dedicated to fostering growth and innovation within our operations. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate logistics for shipments and maintain updated schedules.
  • Welcome and assist transport personnel during loading and unloading processes.
  • Oversee production metrics and liaise with the Customer Service department.
  • Handle payroll functions and monitor attendance records.
  • Support inventory management and assist with the onboarding of new team members.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments and undertake additional tasks as required.

Work Schedule, Compensation & Benefits:

  • Full-Time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Attractive hourly wage commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Employer contributions to Health Savings Accounts and 401(k) plans with matching.
  • Paid time off and holidays are included.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
