  • Conduct funeral services, including preparing and presenting eulogies, leading ceremonies, and coordinating logistics.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Funeral Director and Embalmer, with a strong track record of success.
  • Valid licensure in Texas (TX) and ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma (OK).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
