Key Responsibilities:- Provide coverage and support to the Director and physician(s) of the practice, coordinating and supervising clerical and/or clinical team members as assigned.
- Ensure continuity of care for patients and provide an optimal patient experience by serving as a liaison between the practice and administration.
- Oversee scheduling, registration, billing, collection, patient and team member satisfaction, and purchasing.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the practice.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-5 years of experience in a medical office and/or health system preferred.
- Proven experience in reconciling account information and moderate understanding of inventory management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask, organize, and be flexible.
- 2-5 years of billing, coding, and collections experience.
- Supervisory experience and EMR experience preferred.
