Job Summary

Pilgrim's Sanitation Supervisors - 4 Openings

Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring the entire plant is thoroughly cleaned on time and approved by the USDA for production operations. The supervisor will oversee plant-wide cleaning activities and manage the sanitation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sanitation activities and ensure timely completion
  • Supervise sanitation team members and maintain hourly personnel records
  • Ensure safe operation of the sanitation shift and maintain communication with the USDA
  • Inventory and manage sanitation-related products and budget
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures in accordance with regulatory agencies

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience in a food or poultry processing facility
  • Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of directly related experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
