Role Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Facilitating patient admissions and discharges to optimize care delivery.
- Continuously assessing the quality of nursing services in collaboration with management.
- Fostering teamwork and collaboration among staff to enhance patient outcomes.
- Promoting a patient-centered approach and addressing service recovery when necessary.
- Implementing nursing strategies to improve staff engagement and patient care.
- Participating in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring compliance with productivity standards.
- Overseeing inventory control and the management of medical supplies.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 4 months of hire.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of hire.
