Restaurant Server

• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Show genuine hospitality and create a memorable experience for our guests.
• Perform all duties to maximize guest satisfaction and quality of work environment as directed by the Manager on Duty.

• Guest Interactions: Engage with guests in a courteous and respectful manner, welcoming them immediately upon seating and offering menu suggestions and answering questions.
• Food Delivery: Deliver hot food checks to the table, ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature.
• Perkins Service: Show a desire to please with genuine hospitality, personality, and specific suggestions at every step, actively engaging guests who have concerns and remedying them.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line area, and dining room common areas, completing assigned Perkins cleaning system duties.
• Additional Tasks: Attend to any additional guest needs or requests, maintain dining area pre-bussing, detailing, and cleanliness of stations and pantry.

• Extensive standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to see at a distance (20) feet, at close range (12 inches), distinguish between shapes, and utilize peripheral vision to avoid hazards.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and have high-level mobility/flexibility in space provided.
• Must be able to read, write, and perform addition/subtraction calculations, control and utilize fingers to write, slice, chop, and operate equipment.

Receives direction and training from the Manager on Duty as to specific procedures and assignments. Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service can be taught through in-house training.
