Descripción del trabajo:

El Fabricación Foreman trabajará estrechamente con su equipo para ejecutar proyectos según las especificaciones de nuestros clientes. Deberá tener experiencia gerencial/supervisora en un taller de fabricación y ser capaz de estimular y motivar a su tripulación. Es importante que sea consciente y responda a las necesidades y preocupaciones de los miembros de su equipo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar la producción general, la calidad, la seguridad y las relaciones con los empleados.
  • Liderar la reparación y el mantenimiento manteniendo la planta en funcionamiento y en funcionamiento.
  • Ayudar en la dotación de personal y entrevistar a nuevos empleados.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo al personal a través de comunicación efectiva, entrenamiento, capacitación y desarrollo.
  • Hacer cumplir todas las normas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.
  • Ejecutar todas las actividades relacionadas con la fabricación del taller según lo indique el Gerente de Planta.
  • Asegurarse de que los planes de producción estén en su lugar y supervise de cerca el progreso del trabajo.
  • Revisar los dibujos detallados del taller para conocer las oportunidades de aumentar la productividad.
  • Mantener los niveles de consumibles y EPP de la tienda.
  • Implementar oportunidades de mejora continua.

Cualificaciones:

  • Mínimo de cinco (5) años de experiencia gerencial/supervisora en un taller de fabricación.
  • Cinco (5) a diez (10) años de experiencia en fabricación supervisando entre 5 y 15 fabricantes, operadores, ayudantes, soldadores y/o aprendices.
  • Demonstrado conocimiento de la fabricación estructural.
  • Capacidad para estimular y motivar a su tripulación mientras es consciente y responde a sus necesidades y preocupaciones.
  • Deseo de aprender y capacidad para enseñar y desarrollar a otros.
  • Estilo de seguimiento cercano y amigable para garantizar altos estándares de calidad y el desarrollo del equipo.
  • Capacidad para centrarse estrechamente en las directrices, la estructura y las políticas establecidas.
  • Debe poseer una actitud de “¿Cómo puedo ayudarte?” con la voluntad de arremangarse cuando sea necesario para ayudar.
  • Competente con Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel y Outlook).
  • OSHA 10 un requisito.
  • Licencia de conducir válida.
  • Debe completar OSHA 30 al momento de la contratación.

Ingresos: El salario promedio para este puesto es de aproximadamente $80,000-$100,000 por año, dependiendo de la ubicación y la experiencia del candidato.
