About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and personalized service to residents, clients, and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Anticipate and address resident concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, clients, and guests through various channels, including email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including management, maintenance, and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, clients, and guests, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Assist with sales efforts by greeting prospects and providing exceptional service to VIP corporate clients.
Requirements
  • Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
  • Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
