Job Description:

As a Personal Trainer at Equinox in Hartsdale, NY, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our members by helping them achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans, leading group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions, and maintaining accurate records of client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create customized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and needs
  • Lead group fitness classes and one-on-one training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients and management
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through our certification reimbursement program
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is $55-$90 per session, with an additional $22 per hour for non-session work
