Position Overview:
We are in search of a passionate Physical Therapist to collaborate with patients on their path to restoring mobility and ensuring optimal functioning in their everyday activities. Your focus will be on enhancing quality of life and movement potential through various methods, including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
Qualifications:
  • Valid physical therapy license in Colorado (mandatory)
  • Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy (mandatory)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy (preferred)
  • Extensive education and clinical proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and address patients' goals and needs
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve mobility
  • Reduce dependence on medications and suggest alternatives to surgical interventions
  • Create personalized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
  • Develop fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific requirements
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized, evidence-based care and interventions
  • Inspire and motivate patients throughout their treatment to achieve optimal functionality
  • Advocate for a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and assess patient progress and document care services
