Manufacturing Welder

At LF Staffing Services, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Welder to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess strong welding skills and experience working with various materials.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing MIG/TIG/GMAW-P welding operations on a variety of products, including moto packs, relay boxes, submersible units, and fabricating high and low voltage cabinets. You will also be required to use an overhead crane, rework units under supervision, and perform other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding techniques, including gas metal tungsten arc welding (TIG), gas metal arc welding (MIG), and pulse gas metal arc welding (GMAW-P). You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG/TIG/GMAW-P welding operations on a variety of products.
- Fabricate high and low voltage cabinets using an overhead crane.
- Rework units under supervision.
- Use copper backing strips when necessary.
- Perform grinding and sanding tasks.
- Remove excess weld metal using air tool grinders and electrical grinders.
