About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook with Cliffs Club Services, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced chefs and develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
• Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our members.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment, basic tools, small wares, culinary techniques, and ingredients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow recipes, make recipe conversions, and adhere to food allergies and dietary restrictions.
