Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in Columbus, GA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing patients' pain issues in accordance with the standard of care. You will work closely with our team of physicians, physical therapists, nurses, and practitioners to provide individualized care and treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients' pain issues through comprehensive medical history, relevant imaging, and studies
  • Develop and implement multimodal treatment plans, including medication, physical therapy, and bracing where appropriate
  • Interpret medical tests and explain results to patients
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner
  • Monitor patients' compliance with treatment plans
  • Adhere to company policies, quality improvement objectives, and safety standards
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with federal and state health information privacy laws
  • Record complete, timely, and legible medical records
  • Liaise with other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with medical developments and best practices
  • Promote our company's core values and mission
  • Collaborate with administrative team to optimize clinic functionality
  • Assist with marketing efforts as needed
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional knowledge and skills

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • PA-C/NP licensure in GA
