Baptist Health System - San Antonio TX is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Oncology team in Harlingen, Texas.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. They will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care
- Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
- Support the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
- BLS certification
- Health Care FSA
- Dependent Care FSA
- Life insurance
