We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Progressive Edge Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.



Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized care to help patients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities


  • Evaluate patients to identify their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapy techniques
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling and billing, as needed


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A valid New Jersey physical therapy license
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong clinical background and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
