Fiscal Intermediary Manager

POSITION SUMMARY: Oversee the management, administrative functions, and billing processes for individuals participating in the self-direction initiative. Provide guidance to individuals in staff management and offer training on employer duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are essential to the role, though additional tasks may be assigned:
- Assist individuals with all administrative tasks related to self-directed services, including payroll and human resources operations, along with training and managing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate plans and budgets; ensure resources are tracked for effective implementation.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and service billing, adhering to submission requirements.
- Uphold confidentiality for all individuals served and contribute to enhancing agency operations.
- Act in compliance with all policies, procedures, and the Agency's Corporate Compliance Policy, reporting any suspected or actual violations to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
SUPERVISORY ROLE: Responsible for supervising Fiscal Intermediary Coordinators.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: An Associate's degree is required. Previous experience in documentation quality, compliance review, record keeping, and administrative support is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
