Job Responsibilities
  • Complete required training to provide therapy according to state-specific requirements.
  • Deliver direct 1:1 ABA treatment to clients to enhance skills, minimize problem behaviors, and strengthen existing support systems.
  • Work closely with supervising BCBAs and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by BCBAs.
  • Collect data and maintain accurate records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless treatment plans.
  • Provide services to clients in various settings, including home, school, or other agreed-upon locations.
  • The role may involve driving between clients.

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children is highly desirable (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc.).
  • A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.
  • A background check must be passed.
  • A passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills are required.
