We are seeking a licensed clinical therapist to join our team at Life Changes Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid model with a salary range of $70,900 to $106,400 per year, plus bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and achieving positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent client experiences.
- Participate in regular consult groups and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements
- Clear and active LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts.
- Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
