Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian Substitute to join our facilities maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing walls, cleaning, dusting, and emptying trash receptacles. You will also be responsible for locking and unlocking buildings, offices, and classrooms upon request, requesting and maintaining supplies, and inspecting equipment and facilities for needed repairs or replacement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of cleaners and chemicals, operation and care of cleaning equipment, and safe work practices in routine basic custodial procedures. You must also be able to lift, carry, and move individuals who are receiving services, as well as office supplies and equipment required for day-to-day operations. Additionally, you must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
