Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at Western New York Dental Group. As a key member of our oral health care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and building lasting relationships with our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized oral health education and guidance to patients, empowering them to take control of their oral health.
  • Perform a range of hygiene clinical procedures, including prophy, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to identify and address patients' oral health needs, and communicate effectively with our doctors to ensure seamless care.
  • Partner with our team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, ensuring our patients feel valued and cared for.

Requirements:

  • Current state license to practice dental hygiene (RDH)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and empower patients.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable using digital charting and x-ray technology.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate and support our team members.
