Job Summary:
Goodwill Southern California is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our contract locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs daily cleaning tasks: Including floor stripping and waxing, window washing, pressure washing, and restroom cleaning.
- Maintains clean and sanitary conditions: Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
- Maintains custodial equipment and supplies: Ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Interacts with customers and employees: Providing excellent customer service and interacting cooperatively with government personnel and customers.
- Drives company vehicle: May drive a personal vehicle or a site-specific company vehicle for local travel (25%). Must maintain a valid driver's license and state-required auto insurance, with driving records that meet the company's insurance standards.
