* Verify identification before serving alcoholic beverages
* Complete all required training programs
* Develop a thorough knowledge of menu items and preparation methods
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
* Meet performance standards and motivate team members through positive role modeling

**Requirements:**

* Clean and neat appearance
* Adherence to The Greene Turtle uniform policy
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to stand for prolonged periods
* Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
