As a Registered Nurse at Avera Prince of Peace-Skilled Nursing, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Our skilled nursing facility is dedicated to providing a safe and dignified environment for our residents, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative team environment.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program (or approved equivalent).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota (or meeting multi-state licensure requirements).
- Previous experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
