About the Role- This position is responsible for overseeing the social services department and ensuring that residents receive the support they need.
- You will develop and implement policies and procedures to meet the needs of residents.
- You will work closely with nursing staff to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
As the Social Services Director at Aspire Nursing and Rehab of Perry, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing programs to promote resident engagement and participation.
- Maintaining accurate records of resident data, including social histories and medical records.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Providing guidance and support to staff members to help them meet the needs of residents.
- Staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, along with benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
