Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Specialist at TEKsystems, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless purchase order fulfillment. This involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with partners by providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for ensuring all information is entered accurately in the company database and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in supplemental files and our customer relationship management tool. Additionally, you will work with management on assigned ad-hoc projects, research, and tasks. Your expertise in order processing and proficiency with Microsoft Suite will be valuable assets in this role.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry or B2B environment.
