About the Role

This position is responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing outcomes-centered plans, and delivering effective care management across a patient's episode. Our Physical Therapists operate at the top of their license, leveraging and delegating care amongst the clinic care team to drive consistent and predictable positive outcomes for our patients.
