Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver training, mentorship, and leadership development for facility MDS Supervisors.
  • Travel to various facilities as required.
  • Oversee and engage in the completion of Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's, Care Plan) in accordance with Federal and State Regulations.
  • Collaborate with facility team members to manage Medicare and Managed Care residents.
  • Implement innovative healthcare strategies to improve operational efficiency and outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current state RN license.
  • Previous experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation environments.
  • Experience in a regional capacity is preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience as an MDS Supervisor.
  • RAC-CT or RNAC certification is advantageous.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Must exhibit qualifications, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.
