Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level Client Success Specialist, you will guide government teams through a structured cloud migration onboarding process. Your Role:

In this capacity, you will work closely with colleagues and government product stakeholders to ensure the effective migration of applications and systems to the cloud. Your expertise in client management, Agile methodologies, and knowledge management will be crucial in prioritizing customer experience initiatives and facilitating the procurement of virtual machines for client missions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing contract support to government entities, including the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Familiarity with Agile Framework methodologies and tools, particularly Atlassian Suite products.
  • Proven track record in timely data entry, documentation, and project management within software tools, alongside monitoring project timelines and offering technical guidance.
  • Experience in leading discussions on scope, requirements, prioritization, and business processes with project stakeholders, including presenting prioritization and refining product backlogs.
  • Capability to develop documentation for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans in accordance with established standards.
  • Understanding of cloud technical concepts, best practices, and client-oriented solutions.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision to drive, schedule, and implement new solutions, features, integrations, and operations.
  • Experience in executing analytical tasks based on customer use cases and priorities.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD or Army organizations.
  • Familiarity with case management technologies such as ServiceNow or Salesforce.
  • Experience in cloud migration of IT systems or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and the DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
  • Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Agile Practitioner, or Agile Project Delivery Management (APM).

Clearance Requirements:
Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
