We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering patient/family centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient assessment and needs
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide direct care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Delegate tasks to members of the healthcare team as appropriate
- Monitor quality of care delivered and identify opportunities for improvement
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- One year experience as a registered nurse
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
