Key Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Supporting the strategic planning and execution of internal communications aligned with corporate objectives and business priorities, including collaboration with global teams.
  • Engaging with business unit leaders to comprehend their program goals and advising on internal communication strategies that reinforce the overall communication framework.
  • Curating and maintaining an editorial calendar filled with relevant and engaging content across internal communication channels.
  • Collaborating with the Internal Communications team to implement integrated change initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and manage communication projects, including crisis management and significant company announcements.
  • Assisting in the rollout of communication strategies in partnership with the corporate communications team for unique events such as acquisitions and commercial recognitions.
  • Acting as a proactive leader who effectively manages stakeholders across diverse regions and business sectors.
  • Monitoring industry trends, analyzing performance metrics, and providing recommendations to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Simplifying complex ideas into clear, concise messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Position Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant communications experience.
  • Proficiency in multimedia production, including graphics, videos, and photography.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a focus on delivering clear and accurate content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
  • A self-motivated, organized individual capable of managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in content strategy and development.

Salary Range

The annual salary range for this position is between $97,500 and $146,100, in addition to benefits and incentive bonuses.
