Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, observe, and evaluate resident's clinical condition, documenting findings in the electronic medical record.
  • Administer medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Supervise and lead care associates to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
