Job Title: Comprehensive School Speech Therapist
About the Position:
Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Conyers, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
Requirements:
- A valid State SLP License is required, and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
We offer a $80,000 - $110,000 per year salary, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health, vision, dental, and 401k options.
