Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients
- Assess and monitor client behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify client needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and addiction issues
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in mental health and addiction treatment
- Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
- Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- Minimum two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary range: $94,848 - $142,000
- 10 days paid vacation
