We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Robin. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of meals to high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals such as meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients.
- Recipe Execution: Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Food Preparation Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Culinary Skills: Ability to prepare and cook a variety of meals to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
