Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead our disaster recovery efforts in the Mountain Resorts region. As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Job Description
  • Manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or restoration industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
