Engineering and Design Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering and Design Associate to join our team. As an integral part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of construction plans, specifications, and opinions of probable costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact city staff and agencies for project coordination and data collection
  • Support basic design and calculations to support site grading, drainage analysis, water and sanitary sewer utilities, and paving improvements
  • Assist in the development of construction plans, specifications, and opinions of probable costs
  • Collaborate with team members on design specifications and timelines
  • Perform field observation work when necessary, under minimal supervision
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • EIT obtained
  • At least 2 years of experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience in Civil 3D preferred, but not required
  • Excellent client and team communication
