**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in the Louisville area. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing a full-service dining experience to our guests, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation that follows our recipes.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide a Damn Good full-service experience to our guests every single time.
  • Build rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Complete opening or closing responsibilities, including maintaining a clean and presentable bar area throughout your shift.
  • Mix creative Torchy's Tacos signature beverages.
  • Understand and abide by our required states alcohol-server, Food Handling, and Torchy's policies concerning alcohol consumption and safety procedures.
  • Open and maintain tabs throughout your shift using our point of sale system.
  • Have fun

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender.
  • A current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.).
  • Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels.
