Job Overview

Premiere Behavioral Supports LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Director to lead our team in providing exceptional in-home care and community-based services for adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our disability services programs, ensuring individuals receive the highest quality of support and services.
  • Lead a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to deliver engaging and compassionate care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and state guidelines while advocating for the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we serve.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure a high level of service delivery in our disability services programs.
  • Provide on-call support and shift coverage as needed to maintain continuity of care and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience in developmental disability care or a similar role.
  • Experience in developmental disabilities services and behavioral health is highly desirable.
  • A valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance are required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
