Job Title: 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3rd shift full-time warehouse associate to join our team. As a warehouse associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores.

Job Summary:

The 3rd shift full-time warehouse associate will be responsible for:

  • Selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders received from stores.
  • Relocating merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
  • Sorting, organizing, and loading merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment and unloading incoming shipments from trucks/back-hauls.
  • Performing general cleaning duties to achieve warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.
  • Participating in taking warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
  • Cooperating and interacting effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership through ongoing communication and exchange of information.
  • Providing input to the warehouse management regarding changes to improve processes.
  • Inspecting product, consulting with the warehouse management regarding product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
  • Acting and deciding independently within the delegated area of responsibility.
  • Assisting warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals.
  • Performing all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policy and procedures.
  • FOLLOWING THE ERGONOMIC PROGRAM ACCORDING TO ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES.
  • OPERATING EQUIPMENT ACCORDING TO SAFETY GUIDELINES IN PERFORMANCE OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS.
  • NOTIFYING MANAGEMENT REGARDING PRODUCT QUALITY, SAFETY CONCERNS, AND SANITATION ISSUES.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights.
  • Ability to move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare product for store deliveries.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, hot and cold (including outdoor temperatures and refrigerator/freezer environments).
  • Ability to safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment.
